Medical update on 15:34 - Aug 8 with 2540 views | lassel | I dunno lads, I’m starting to think these super duper techniques of Williams’ that were so super duper he had to be allowed to take the piss out of us last season might simply just not work…. His position, and by extension Nourry’s must be getting more and more dicey by the day.

Results are the only thing that will dislodge either, and this is the Championship so its always difficult to apportion blame or praise because the league is basically just one big gumball rally.
Medical update on 15:44 - Aug 8 with 2462 views | joolsyp | Up front I’m not overly concerned as I think our little army of number10s/wingers will create something for one of Celar/Burrell/Kolli. But a midfield of Field, Morgan, Madsen against Preston’s rat bastards scares the bejesus out of me, and Dunne missing is a massive blow. Jules will have to earn his crust tomorrow.

Medical update on 14:18 - Aug 8 by BlackAndGoldRanger | The Dunne one is especially worrying. Time to get the chequebook out Mr Nourry. Need at least 1 FB, a CM and a Striker. Possibly even a CB - don't mind loans or perm. |
“ Time to get the chequebook out Mr Nourry.” If it was only as easy as that. FFP anyone

Medical update on 15:18 - Aug 8 by kingsburyR | Has Taylor Richards actually played a first team league game for us? I can't remember (my memory is shot though!) |
I think I saw Richards play for the first team around this time last year at Cambridge in the Cup. Though it may have been some kind of contemporary art installation.

Medical update on 14:40 - Aug 8 by Logman | I reckon it will be this: Walsh Adamson Larkeche Field Morrison Cook Poku Chair Dembele Madsen Celar Subs: Nardi, Mbengue, Akindelini, Morgan, Bennie, Vale, Sutton, Kolli |
Could be lively on here tomorrow night. If that's the starting 11 with not a lot on the bench then I think a Lancashire steamroller will be driven through our midfield. Lose the midfield and lose the game. At least it'll be sunny

Medical update on 15:53 - Aug 8 with 2349 views | LazyFan | Just guessing but ... Mbengue will be at RB, Cook at CB as they have not said he's injured. Celar will start I would guess, with Burrell to come on later on. I hope Morgan starts instead of Madsen. I feel it's nailed on 0-1 to PNE. Charity Park Rangers in da house!

The way you've ordered that has given me a headache. GK, RB, LB, CM, CB, CB, RW, CAM, LW, CM, ST?

I'd be surprised if Le Shrug is still here in September. Had us down to lose before the injury list, now in full gob bumming territory, perfect game to play an inexperienced 3rd choice keeper. Blind leading the blind.

Medical update on 19:32 - Aug 8 with 1633 views | rbee | It would have been naive of us not to expect a couple of first choice players not available for the first game of the season, we already knew JCS would be missing. To have 4 or 5 unavailable is nuts. This emphasises the importance of the squad and having players like Colback and Fox available. What's really disappointing for me is that it's no surprise.

Well in fairness Morgan Fox was only fit for two matches until 9th November and Colback four matches until January last season so maybe not the most reliable back ups, plus expensive. But I take your point we do need experienced cover in those positions asap.

I'm not buying that. He was supposedly injured for most of pre-season too - I reckon he'll be gone before the window closes.

Against Brentford he tried an ambitious but in hindsight, ridiculous overhead kick which he didn’t get up from . He was down all fours holding his head as he got caught by flailing knee or boot in the process for sometime . Maybe this is the cause . But I do know I’m pretty sick of the injuries and ailments from this bunch of players and we haven’t even started yet .

Not gonna lie that though did cross my mind as well , give him20 mins last week and then a handy head injury to rule him out tommorow I’ve got a feeling cook is injured and they just couldn’t be arsed telling us as well . Get the feeling he’s no MR Popualr with nourry going by the press releases last season and prob one of the reasons nourry and marti fell out as nourry wouldn’t have wanted him playing enough to exercise his new contract option
