Clearly this is our year....

Well likely half the team that won the Premier League Cup will be involved here, so the cup pedigree is there !!!

Probably as Plymouth also stated they likely to field a second team, this could be seen as no more than a preseason friendly...

I have no idea as to the result, performance or team, but am not too hopeful.

Saying that Plymouth have lost almost all their top players, but its a cup game

Random from me.

Plymouth 2 QPR 2
We progress 3- 1 on penalties (Chloe Kelly strikes the winner)

Penalty, stupid tackle from Burrell

Was never a corner but no QPR player complained.

Must say I am somewhat shocked at this team sheet.. as I don't even know who half of the players are.. .. assuming Nardi must be captain? If it starts badly, not even any experience to bring on from the bench.

I think you'd have to be following the DS to recognise many of the names.

Still Bennie puts us 1 up from half a yard.
Now, Plymouth have a penalty. Foul by Burrell.

Nardi saves.

Thesw last few minutes are hilarious - an awful start followed by a great goal, then a pen to restore the balance of play followed by a great save! I don't know how this is happening given how we are being dominated but I'm not complaining

This is entertaining! Burrell with a one on one, nearly got through but the defender did well to recover.

The match report will be fun.

Those possessed by devils, try and keep them under control a bit, can't you ?

We need to keep Nardi angry. Feed him cheap sausages and make him sleep at the ground.

Kolli and Burrell should be capable of fashioning a second here.

1-0.

Kolli looks like the only outfield player able to play at this standard

No knock on vale (who looked good on Saturday) or Burrell (whose got no service)

Separately god bless this right back. He is totally out of his depth and I don’t think this is going to progress his development in any way.

That goal was all down to Vale. Superb first pass out to Kolli, and then a lung busting under lap that took the man away when Kolli miscontrolled it, allowing him to get it back to EBD to put in a superb cross. Burrell did everything right with his header.

That was a pen, mind. Phenomenal save by Nardi.

It is so one sided this game. Plymouth could have have 3 or 4 by now. Very lucky not to have conceded. Our midfield positionally is just not up to it. Constantly getting caught the wrong side.

Burrell is lightning quick though. That will be such a huge plus for us in the first team late in games.

Not sure when I last saw a QPR striker run so fast over such a distance! SLF I suppose.

Vale having a solid game at left-back. Lacks pace but good positionality.

I am liking Burrell at moment.

Pace and strength and power too.
