Should absolutely have had a hat trick - before he scored he had another chance to have a shot and didn't, which was maybe the second clear opportunity where he chose to square the ball instead.
Anyway that can all be worked on - looks like a superb bit of business.

Been impressed with him since he came on as a sub against Preston, works hard and today definitely man of the match. Think him and Kone can build a great partnership. Also Vale looking good as well.

The flick he sent Kone through for his 3rd against Charlton was superb , he nearly did the same thing about 20 minutes earlier which didn't quite come off , which leads me to think he not only has fast feet but also a fast brain.
AND WHEN I DREAM , I DREAM ABOUT YOU AND WHEN I SCREAM I SCREAM ABOUT YOU!!!!!

Or maybe his first touch was beautifully measured for his own ability. A great first touch is one that gives you the second touch.
Totally agree. He can knock his first touch a bit further away than most players due to his speed. Today his touch almost lures the goalie, who then realises he can’t get there in time and ends up looking hesitant and then dinked.
Not a bad first touch if he causes havoc and catches up with it

When he arrived, Burrell looked as surprised as we were that he'd ended up at QPR; almost a little overawed by it all. But game by game, he's grown in confidence, thus improving his performances and yesterday was arguably MotM.
Belk and our recruitment process have rightly been criticised but it looks like they've unearthed a hidden gem this time.

I hadn't heard of Burrell until we signed him. But his attitude in interviews really impressed. His career trajectory has been positive and he's made it clear he's all about learning and working hard. Really pleased for him that he's got off to a relatively quick start at Rangers, and that pace is going to worry any manager or defender.
To add to what someone said on another thread about all our players back for corners: if we stick the greyhound around halfway line when we defend corners, opposition would have to drop back at least 2 for cover and someone to block balls getting to him, so takes out probably 3 attacking players from defending corners.

And even then they’d still be shitting their pants (instead of us wetting the bed).
What a feeling, it’s almost German in its sexuality.
Those possessed by devils, try and keep them under control a bit, can't you ?

Koné, Burrell, Saito, Dembélé, Poku, Vale, Kolli, Smyth. We've a group of attacking players that, over the next season or two, should more than match any team in this division.
However — as the saying goes — forwards are born, but defenders are made. Our defense and transition needs time, luck with injuries, and our patience to gel sufficiently.
