I do actually agree.
When we win, not a mention, when we lose, multiple meltdowns and include myself in that also
If Nourry hadnt made such a song and dance about the game model at the fans forum, and focussed on his financial role and negotiating and researching players of the right type in recruitment, he would actually have been getting feint praise, as clearly our squad is very much improved in terms of quality and quantity also.

not sure 10million quid is a shoestring budget but we have had a good window and the squad looks better

I think Belk has to take some of the credit. Poku and Kone were in demand. However Mbengue, Vale and Burrell were left field. Not sure who's responsible for the younger players but Adamson, Akindeleni, Smith, Wilkie, Pearman and Dillon all look improvements on what went before. |  |

He didn't even mention criticism of Nourry. Yet another nudge-nudge Nourry eats children post for something praising an aspect - I'd say a very important aspect - of Nourry's role.
I still don't know if it's a good/great window yet, only that there are promising signs. Yet on the transfer thread people were pretty emphatically saying it was not great in August WTF, some of the players had barely started. How could they be so certain?
We've been told that Nourry definitely hounded MC out whereas I've been told that he was hawking himself around the previous summer, which fits with his past management history and the fact he quickly ended up at a bigger, richer club.
We've been told CN insists on a certain pattern of play, and yet JS has changed it v early on.
We've been told CN picks the team and yet JS seems to be using his players v flexibly from match to match.
Not saying that some criticisms are not justified at all. Not saying people shouldn't be wary.
