I watched the last episode of line of duty and thought that was good. Undercover has finally grabbed by attention. I quite like some of the investigative programmes Stacey Dooley does. However I can't wait for the next series of people just do nothing.
Enjoyed This City Is Ours on the beeb. Good writing I thought - it flies along, without sacrificing on character development. Kept me interested right through to the end, where i thought it tailed off very slightly. A second series on the way apparently, which I'm not sure it has the legs for.
Watched the first three episodes of The Eternaut on Netflix this weekend. Based on a 1950s graphic novel apparently. Spanish language, set in Buenos Aires. End of the world business. Lots of toxic snow and grumpy middle aged men. Moody. It's great.

"This City Is Ours" has been brilliant so far, in my view. It's a bit like "Kin" but set on Merseyside. I like the multiple, interwoven plotlines, it's not just about the drug dealing.
We just watched the first two episodes of "Families like ours" and thought it was excellent, if worrying. It's a Danish drama in which the Danish government has decided to close the country in the light of major and ongoing flooding. It's on the BBC.
"Things had started becoming increasingly desperate at Loftus Road but QPR have been handed a massive lifeline and the place has absolutely erupted. it's carnage. It's bedlam. It's 1-1."
Guy Ritchie's latest show MobLand on Paramount + has been superb so far. Not quite as good as The Gentlemen - this one's much bleaker, with Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan and Helen Mirren on top form.
Brosnan’s Irish accent is pretty awful . Which is slightly worrying as he is Irish . Pretty decent show though .

I’m watching this but it really is Guy Ritchie trying to out Guy Ritchie himself All a bit much
Brosnan and Mirren are pretty shite in it for me; their accents are an abomination
It reminds me a bit of a cross between Black Doves and Gangs of London
Cherish and enjoy life.... this ain't no dress rehearsal

"Families like ours": I just finished watching it.
Man alive, that was something.
It was harrowing, it was gruelling, but I genuinely don't think I've ever watched anything so moving. Incredible stuff
The penultimate episode was so engaging that Mrs R from Afar forgot to eat her dessert 🍨!

There is a series starting on ITV on the 20th June called Noel Edmonds Kiwi adventure It's a reality show about Noel Edmonds starting up a pub and a wellbeing business in new zealand. Think Clarksons farm with Noel Edmonds
Not my usual cup of tea but I had to watch it for work today and if you like things like the Office or Alan Partirdge it's well worth a watch. I don't think it's intended to be this funny but he goes full David Brent in this and a bit like Brent you end up rooting for him by the end
