Never expected him to do more than 2 seasons, a manager on the up we are a stepping stone as we should be. If we had been more successful this season he would be off. If we had been relegated he would have been off. The sweet spot for him staying would be promotion or a level of mediocrity where a bigger club with larger budgets dont want him and we are not so pissed as to sack him. Would have said the same in August.
The difference with Beale is that he has always waited until the end of the season or near enough to move on |  | | |
