My manager does write ups like this Brian when someone leaves under suspicious circumstances
It goes along the lines of
"He/she has decided to seek out alternative and exciting opportunities elsewhere, and we have mutually agreed that this could be an exciting time ahead for him/her,.
We thank them very much for all their valuable contributions which has been greatly appreciated by us all during their time here, and am sure you will all join me in wishing them well in their new exciting ventures ahead of them."
We do literally get emails like this, if someone mysteriously leaves. Am 100% certain, my manager uses AI for this , a la Mr Nourry, likewise.
But basically what the above says is - in not AI speak is;
"So and so has been sacked and told to never darken our doors again. Let's face it, we all couldn't stand the sight of them, and our lives will be much more fruitful without them being here. Bugger off you smarmy little piece of cr*p. None of us will give you a second thought ever again."
AI has a lot to learn.

We had a Director years ago in London who was called 'Integral' because every time he'd refuse someone a pay rise or recieve their (forced) resignation, he'd parrot "but you're an integral part of the organisation...". |  |

I think i will second guess our Christian.
At the most opportune of moments, an extension of two years plus one will be announced as offered, agreed and accepted by James Dunne. Just got a feeling this is the way of Nourrydom.
Think our leaders think they Billy big Balls and can win over the doubters with news that in reality was agreed months ago but to be announced during times of less.
Obviously would be pleased but this way of delaying news is just really quite ridiculous.

There have been a lot of reports for Wilder's interest in Dunne from January up until even two days ago. With that amount of reporting (and words from the man himself) there is often truth. Why would they keep talking about Dunne to Sheffield United if a contract was signed months ago?
It's also rumoured that part of the reason for Wilder's sacking is that there were disagreements over the transfer strategy. Wilder wanted Championship proven players (Dunne, Mepham, McBurnie) but the club was prioritizing foreign recruitment. With Wilder gone it's safe to assume they would drop the interest nor have we heard about any other club. Hence perhaps his only option now is to return.

But even in your latest post you're still staying yourself that your opinions are based on rumour and assumptions.
