I’m always a bit wary when we’re linked to Peterborough players but he does look a bit of a handful. Sort of a cross between Alfie Lloyd and Luke Amos.

Looks to me he's more of a winger than a striker. Fun to watch no doubt.

Chelsea youth so has that academy background. Be nice to have a forward who carries the ball rather than waits for it, a different type of profile. Actually don't mind the Lloyd comparison, looks like a more technically polished Alfie. sign him up and thrown them Lloyd on loan!

A cross between Alfie Lloyd and Luke Amos might be a bit of a handful for me if I was trying to play football, but not for actual Championship footballers.

Half as effective as Kelman?

Could it be the other half of the pantomime horse ?
What a joy to behold. The ball never quite looks fully under control but the extension of the kegs is quite remarkable, touching it again just before anyone else does. He’s doing run right through a lot of defenders - hopefully.
Quite remarkable and somewhat exciting. I’ve got a semi.
Those possessed by devils, try and keep them under control a bit, can't you ?

I particularly like the way most of the highlights cut just before the final ball is to be delivered. The ball appears to be in control of him rather than the other way around.
A cross between Lloyd and Smyth, neither of whom are particularly good.

He looks like he could cause defences a lot of problems.
The clips don't show many goals scored or created, but given he is in his final year of his contract maybe he could be available for around £1m and we could perhaps offer them Lloyd on a season long loan as a sweetener.
I don't know how they do it, but they do pick up a few gems along the way. In recent seasons, Toney, Smodics, Siriki Dembele and of course, one we got to see on loan in January, Edwards.

So that in all likelihood means that Walsh will be wasting another year of his career largely sat on his derriere as understudy to Nardi. For mine, there isn't much difference between the two. In fact with Walsh's greater physical presence, he has a better command of his area than Nardi.
If he isn't going to start/play sufficient games, injuries excepted, then he has to go out on loan. He is an excellent prospect who has to target more starts next season.

I wouldn't disagree with you. Walsh needs games otherwise he's not going to continue developing. It's possible Salamon could be cover for Nardi to enable Walsh to go out on loan but I'm not 100% sure Salamon is ready.

That's assuming Salamon returns safely from his holiday fishing in the Yemen.
