C'mon Europe....atmosphere is likely to brutal. Moral highground grasped with Americans now being paid to play. Essential to finish tomorrow equal at least i reckon.

Just shove It down their throats tomorrow, stupid yankers.

Had it on in the background throughout the day and have just watched the BBC 90 minute highlights.

Such intensity throughout the day and the fact we came out on top, again, was just a beauty to behold, and whilst nothing has been won yet you couldn't really have asked or expected a better scorecard for the start of play for the 3rd and final day.

Aside from the utterly boorish, that spoil it for the few, it looks to have been a great atmosphere with European fans holding their own.

Justin Rose is a legend, but how did he get to 45 years old so quickly?!

I've got the Power.

Toxic atmosphere and thats with all the real "fans " being left out as ptices are set at $750 a day to keep it classy thats failing miserable right now.
How those wan*ers could turn on Rory like that when they love him every week and Tommy is up there in popularity shows their true colors .
I feel both those boys are dead on their feet and could struggle without a partner tomorrow so we need Bob and a few others to step up and finish this think off early .
Europe planned it better, played better and will be deserving winners IMO

Those Bud lights will do that to any American.

It’ll be fine. They’ll have to send their big guns out early but they’ve shown so far that doesn’t mean a lot and if anything Europe have better depth in the team. Having had some bad news yesterday it’ll be a nice way to see out the weekend.

Bethpage Blue. Yee-haw.

Against my better judgement, I tuned in as Justin Rose had to teach Americans some manners!

The conduct of the Budlite fuelled followers of Mango Musolini sums the wretched place up. Of course, it ain't over until it's over, but if the scoreboard takes on a heavy blue flavour, it could get very toxic.

I wonder if Mango Musolini is considering sending in ICE to deport the Europeans before the tee off? He certainly could send in some forces to install some order to his lot!

I’d have thought if we get it wrapped up early it’ll be quite placid. If they go and take a heavy lead in the first few and they have a sniff it’ll be worse IMO.

Perhaps the Saturday crowd was always going to be worst assuming not many of them will use up their one day of annual leave to recover from a Sunday all-dayer.

the atmosphere, mainly in the usa has got worse. think back, it used to be usa v GB and ireland and they walloped us almost every time, by late 70s it nearly ended as no competition, so our captain and management asked can we add wild cards of top players like SEVE ? it might make it a game, they agreed and team Europe was beginning suddenly with faldo, seve, langer we gave them a game, then won a few, all the @get in the hole@ and running across greens begam, and it has gotten worse, is it bullies don't like to be stood up too? bad sports? bear in mind if they flip a coin between mates it is a world series!!!!
of course we give it back and it overflows into the MOSCONI cup , a pool tournament ( which i go too and enjoy) . yesterday got very bad tempered and i was wondering , when does a player get hit or hit out?? rory was abused and swore back, rose told off a usa caddy and it went on. but we are HAMMERING them proper big time.
we have a good team, they have failed to play together, again, likley do a lot better at singles as alone and not in a team then.

For me the best Ryder cups were in the 80s. it was on the bbc so everyone could enjoy it, it was played with mutual respect, and it was pure theatre, the fans showed more respect for the players too.

It should be a protected event for terrestrial TV though Sky’s coverage has been great IMO. The Ashes also now on TNT so even less accessible.

I've been sneaky streaming the whole thing I must admit. Has worked well so far. Did the same for the Open.

I see the woman introducing the players has stood down as she was conducting a “f**k you “ chorus against the European players .
Imagine the great Ivor Robson who introduced the players at the open for years doing this.
The septics really have lost the plot.

I really can't see a Brooklne or Medina finish to this one.
Would love to see Rory or Tommy sink the winning putt they have both been fantastic.
Had to laugh when Rory told them to
"SHUT THE FU$# UP".
Then landed the ball 2 feet from the hole.

Ridiculous Yanks shouting
" GET iN THE HOLE"
When an Americsn hits a tee shot on a par 5, 540yds from the tee.
Total bellends.

Come on Europe let's break the record for the biggest margin of victory eve

And shouting four every time the Europeans are going off the tee even when the ball ends up in the middle of the fairway.

That was in the morning with Tommy but got way worse in the afternoon with the US getting hammered and the fans hitting the bottle.Imagine upsetting Lowry so much he made a move to go towards the crowd but thankfully his caddie got in his way .
Only so many comments you can take about your waistline I suppose and it looks like they were insulting Rory,s wife too an absolute red line nobody should cross.
Fair play to Luke Donald and his background team they had prepared well but even at that you cannot account for complete ignorant people sadly.
Hopefully they get it done early today and the crowd drift off and the european fans have a blast

Well their tactics of sledging by the partisan crowd, not exactly worked....

As shown by this video of Rory...

i know we can be vociferous too, but abuse conssitently shouted in players direction, when shots do require concentration and focus, so although happens clearly in football, its worse in golf due to the nature of the sport.

But yeah fans getting what they deserve back....

Dechambreu actually seemed like a decent enough guy to me, based on how warmly he interacted with the Europeans afterwards yesterday.

But looking at that first tee footage, the size difference between them, all the intensity, Fitzpatrick beating him would just be beautiful.

I love Golf, pretty much obsessed with it now I’ve retired, tbh, but I can’t watch the Ryder Cup when it’s in America. Is there anything in sport sadder than American golf fans?

Anyway, given that Europe are snotting them so easily - as per the last time, perhaps it’s time for making it Europe v The Rest of the World.

Then it wouldn’t have to be in the States every other year, they could hold it in South Africa, Aussie and NZ.

Ha! Put THAT in the hole!

I need a SAGA. What’s the SAGA? It’s ….. Queen’s Park Rangers.
