The current balance is not right too many lightweights.Probably an unpopular choice but i would go for Tony Mowbray experienced knows the division and what’s needed to stabilise the aqua also would be a match for the CEO so might preclude him coming but I think we need a proven manager at this level not an unknown. | | | |
