Highlight of our game - Dunne smashes the ref in the nuts.

Those possessed by devils, try and keep them under control a bit, can't you ?

Was clear before but really obvious after being torn apart by this lot - you cannot go into the season with this set of fullbacks.

Castellon giving an object lesson in how to press and win the ball back. Our pressing last season was half hearted and ineffective and this was more of the same.

No point in getting overly worried about this. There are obvious concerns but I'd say a new coach just starting to introduce new systems is a major factor.

Rciards is beginning to surprise me. He was one of the better players in second half. We may have to swallow our pride and accept he's back for the season.

Conceeded 6, in that kit and played Taylor Richards.

Well thank the fcuk that is over... and that is 2 hours of my weekend wasted... oh its good to be back ..... having the rest of my Saturday ruined...

OK positive.. Morgan looked decent for the 2nd match in a row.... Poku looks decent.... Chair is looking somewhat back to his old self....

Vane is looking promising... and the new CBs look OK... and .........

Well that is it really.

Should be an interesting 7 days for that squad... Stephan is most likely trying to find a release clause in the contract... we are going to get the black markers out to colour in that pink half od that awful shirt... and summer is over and we are back to square onec

2nd half much better.

Liked the look of Morgan and Tuck in CM, much more effective than Field and Vale. Expect the CM to be Varane, Morgan and Vale at the start of the season. I honestly can't see Field starting.
Akindileni looks a real prospect at CB.

Need a fit striker.
Bennie is not a RB and was hung out to dry by Dembele.

Never has there been a greater example as to why 4-4-2 went out of the modern game, just outnumbered everywhere and no actual strikers. Tactics in the previous game seemed smart and clever switching from 4-3-3 defending to 3-4-3 attacking. We were just lost in this against a smart press and a team with good passing and movement. The positives have to be it really showed up the deficiencies we have up front and at full back that need to be addressed. Positives if there are any are the three young players Tuck, Esquerdhina, Akindeleni and perhaps Richards as well

Yes I would agree. Many seem to think Larkeche is going to be an ok, left back, I still have my reservations.
