We should not be loosing 6-0 to a club of this statue, pre-season friendly or not. Contrary to firm believe by many on this MB, PSF are not just for match fitness exercises, it is a lot more than that, a lot more. Shocking result.
In saying that I would suggest that 6 of the starting line up today will be nowhere near the side that starts/plays against PNE......hopefully the Manager already knew that but wanted a first hand look at the players against reasonable opposition.
I look forward to seeing the highlights in order that I can formulate my own opinion of the players performances & system(s) that we played.

It’s a friendly disappointing but maybe sets any ideas of us storming the league to the dustbin.
Not sure why anyone would have had those ideas anyway. Can't remember if it is a myth or not but wasn't our pre-season before the Warnock Championship win particularly woeful?

Sooo glad I selected not to watch this or spend a fiver on it. I wouldn't call it alarming but certainly worrying getting absolutely pumped by a team further behind in their preparation for a new session than us - and coming from a worse league.

Maybe but I though Warnock took them to his holiday home in Cornwall and we spent 10 days whopping the likes of Truro 6-0.

Celar was totally anonymous but so would Haaland have been. Don't think we had the ball in their final third more than once in first half.
