Feel the same way, and we're Shirley not going to sign another decent CB to replace him at RB, so I worry about adding a reduced aerial presence next season to our other various ways of being lightweight.

I think he’s gone sadly. His stock is high and this is his last big contract at a time he is performing out of his skin. Will get a free to a play off chasing championship team on a third more than he will get with us. From his point of view why would he stay when we constantly flirt with relegation? At the end of the ainsworths first season- I would have been happy to see him go on a free which is why he was not probably offered a contract back then.

I got all excited, as I truly thought I was ITK for once, because someone who knows him socially told me he’d signed.
This was back in November.
I assumed wrongly that Nourry was waiting to a bad patch to release a good news story, but we had one and it never came.
A lesson on thinking you are in the know.
I hope he stays, sometimes players contribute more than the 90 minutes. He’s in that category.
Go back to that person who knows him socially and ask them about their claim, as it's not your fault.
We need to call these people out on their fakery. If they then say that it was someone else who told them, fine. Make them go back and ask that person, and so on.
You see, if they are just passing on a rumour they heard and they genuinely trust someone (like you have), I can understand, we all do it, it happens, it's human. But they, too, need to see how people are faking with them, so it's good for them, too.
It's good for the faker to realise, yep, people will come back and ask you about your fake claims. It makes them realise they probably cannot continue this nonsense, or people will start socially exiling them as time-wasters.
As an example, even though I have correctly predicted that Yang would start on the LW and then the games after up front, I had no insider knowledge beforehand. It was a complete guess.
If people say they are guessing, then fair enough, even when they get it right. As this transparency allows us to make up our minds and not receive fakery as fact, which is what we need to avoid in this Internet-abused world!
