The club also, obviously, needs to be planning its pre-season and recruitment. We're supposed to be operating a professional entity, with buy-in from the fans. Pah!
What will/should happen next?

The production and design of kits is an outsourced function. Our kit provider Errea are a smaller firm. If they have delayed production in a way that costs us money then I suspect when their contact with us is up we will move to a more efficient company.
So now I've responded to your questions how about you or Simmo respond on my points raised in my previous post in relation to the obviously bigger point about signings and contract renewal news. Also the considering ticket sales are at least 50 times more significant in terms of revenue lets see if we can get a smart answer out of you in the context of that point
I suggest that by spreading out the contract and new signings news it drives more traffic to the clubs site over a longer period of time and a higher number of days. As opposed to doing all the news in late May or early June as you wish (when things like QPR Cash dates were driving additional incentives for ticket sales)
By spreading out the news it decreases the chance the less committed, less engaged fans or on the fence about buying tickets fans miss the news. And it instead increases the chance they see the news on a day they have more money in their pocket or more time on their hands. Also they might see it this way on a day they are just in a better mood than normal. In the same way airports have fancy high end shops because when people have time on their hands and are in a good mood they are more likely to make impulsive spending decisions, like in this case buying tickets for football.
Your focus on shirt sales I think will make minimal difference but I suspect you focused on that small point as you didn't have a rational point to dismiss my point on the topic of ticket sales which is 50x more significant at least [Post edited 10 Jun 22:14]

I've been away & I'm only now catching up on anything related to Queens Park Rangers. Or anything that didn't affect Kefalonia!
I'm not in the camp that wants/expects the club to give full infomation regarding players signing contracts, but the idea that this gives Rangers a "competitive edge" raises a smile at the very least. All of this information is known to the club, the player, the players agent, the FA & the EFL. Possibly to the PFA as well & the chances of it being kept confidential is on the low side.
I understand why this is an important issue to some, so I will leave my questions to other matters (including ticket sales).
1) Unless I'm mistaken, the club have not published a thank you to Ashby, Saito & Yang for their efforts as loanees. Is this important? No, but it is the norm at all clubs & extremely impolite to ignore these players. Does it affect ticket sales? No, but it possibly raises questions on how the club regard their staff.
This is not the same as any announcement regarding players that are reaching the end of their contract as the loanees would have already left the club, rather than on the 30th June.
On to ticket sales.
2) There will be some season ticket holders who will not be renewing. This happens every year, but the Cifuentes situation might increase the number this season. The explanation you give would sugest that the club have written off those sales & are doing little/nothing to keep their custom. Will the club publish if they sell more new season tickets than those not renewed? After all, this would be a test as to whether this part of their strategy has worked.

i) Automatic renewal, with the club still receiving the monthly payments.
ii) Those that renew immediately.
iii) Those, like me, that always wait until the last week of the discounted deadline.
I do accept that what you are saying is the club policy & I'm delighted that there is a considerable growth in our number of young fans, but you ignore the more established followers at your risk. They are the people that provide the most revenue! | | | |

For context, I am: a long-standing and regular match-going fan, member for two decades but never had a season ticket, for a range of personal reasons; embarrassed by the way the managerial situation has been handled; sick of the selective communication, which seems to make really fertile ground for rumours, counter-rumours, ;apprehensive about how any new manager will do when, Paal apart, we don't have much/any confirmation of official ins and outs of senior players so close to pre-season; really concerned that Nourry is not improving in terms of communications, and seemingly content for the older/"legacy" fans to feel increasingly alienated from the club; looking forward to going to my next game, when the fixtures are announced, because I always do!

Yeah, it doesn't make a lot of sense. Even if you were focusing on one demographic of fan, you could and should also keep other fans happy, they're not mutually exclusive. You could have someone at the ground every day filming content for tiktok to keep the younger fans happy and then also provide news via the website for "legacy to" fans.
The implication that because they're always going to turn up you can treat them like dirt is horrible and perplexing that someone claiming to be part of that group would accept it. I don't think Nourry intends to piss us off. I don't think he thinks much about us at all.

For what its worth, I don't think Beans is a Nourry PR mole (I think CharlieB was), but the way Beans writes tries to imply they're very smart, however the grammar they use suggests otherwise. I think its someone already on this forum creating a new profile to throw a grenade and enjoy some limelight, which if so is embarrassing and sad in equal measure.
