Up against Man City in the FFS that was offside FA Cup. I prepare to stand corrected but I think Charlie is still our player but as I take as much interest in modern football players contracts and transfers as I do in mobile phone contracts I could be wrong. Either way seems like a good lad and having a decent season with a club I like so up the O’s!
Up against a central defender today in Ruben Dias who’s worth approx £75 mil … would love to see Charlie meg him.

It's not all about the goals he has scored though. We have to bring him in at the start of pre-season and evaluate him. He may work out, he may not. I do not profess to have seen too much of him this season, but I have watched a couple of games including today's one and I just don't see much there that would endear him to me.
Yes, the goals are really important and the tally is massively impressive, but he doesn't seem to be involved enough in the game. Not a big presser, not a target man as he doesn't seem to hold up particularly well and isn't any presence defensively.
But. The. Goals.
Got to try him, got to have everything crossed that I am wrong, but from what I have seen, it is no shoe in that he will solve our long standing goalscoring issues.

At this point, with 2 more high profile goals in the playoffs, what bid do we accept considering Kelman has one year left and hasn’t performed in the Championship before? I ask because I am really not sure, 3.5M?!

Don’t get the down playing of Kelman’s improvement this season. Top scorer in his league, so golden boot for League 1. We sent him out to improve. He’s done magnificently. How should we reward that? Sell him and cut our own nose off just because he’s only had a handful of games for us as a youngster?
If we were in the market for a performing striker, we couldn’t afford him if he was at another side. But, he’s ours. What do people want from the skimpy budget we have to hand? Just don’t understand some of the comments here.

Yeah, wouldn’t want that Haaland here either, all he ever does is score countless numbers of goals nothing else!

All opinions aside the new head coach will want to take a look at him. If his improvement is deemed good enough and fits the style of play, he’ll stay. If either of those aren’t true, they’ll likely sell him and use the money for another statistically-sound-non-proven-in-the-championship-foreign-player.

Like Eze was lazy? A QPR player is the leading scorer in the division below and that's not good enough to give him a run in the side? Un-fuuuuuuuuuuuuucking-believable.
Eze has a right to be a bit lazy as he has more talent in his little finger than Kellman will ever have. Ridiculous comparison. I've watched Kellman in several games including today's game and he always plays the same. He doesn't hold the ball particularly well, not great in the air and not much pace but he deserves credit for all the goals he scores. However, I just don't think he will cut it in the championship and yes, I think he is a bit lazy and could do alot more - is that soooo unf..king believable?

Manager - Shut up and score, Kelman.
Kelman - Sure, and who are you?
Imagine if he wasn't ours and someone said you can have this guy for nothing? We'd snatch their hand off. Why are we even debating it's hardly a strong point in this squad err, scoring goals? Interview afterwards seems mature and self-assured as well. Appreciate most forwards Ferdinand bought had to be paid to leave so here's the exception Is this our Ollie Watkins? Only this clowns how of a club would be dithering. Assume if he played in Belgium L2 we'd be all over him. Give him a chance ffs.

Joe Taylor scored 10 in 20 last year on loan at Lincoln. Huddersfield paid 3m to Luton for him last summer . So around that ?

This is a perfect example of why we need an experienced, and qualified, DoF running the show.
If you think he's strictly a L1 player on a hot streak, or that you could better use the money generated elsewhere, then you sell him while the price is high. If you think he's going to get a dozen goals for you next season then you don't.
Whatever decision you come to, there isn't time to give the new coach a chance to assess him, because if you wait and he has a poor start to the season then you miss your window and his value falls.

This doesn't sound very QPR.
QPR is we get him back on this hot streak, he doesn't hit the ground running and loses confidence, we loan him out again and eventually sell him at a loss. It's text book us.

What makes you think you're a good judge of how good a footballer is? Jokes.
The grass is always greener.

A dozen goals! That’s a high bar Nadera, our top scorer this season only has 8; our second highest has 5 and he’s out of contract and likely leaving.

Kelman is going to be at Orient for at least another week: bit premature to be moaning about assessing him yet. We then have all summer to assess him as the transfer window doesn’t close until September.

Earlier you said you had only seen him in a couple of games
I watched him regularly all season.
He has the goalscorers instincts and I ask you to watch the Man City game - his work rate was excellent throughout.
But if all he did anyhow was score goals, which actually isn't all he does, then that's what wins you games, I believe !!!
We HAVE to give him a season.
We have given MADSEN, CELAR, KOLLI AND LLOYD runs throughout the whole season when they have been fit, but you are saying KELMAN is not up to it and get rid, because he can be lazy...
If we sold him for maximum £2.5 million, I would guess what can we get with that, Madsen was £4 million. Even if he is only third choice, we need this kind of player in our squad.
Maybe you should apply for the currently seemingly vacant head coach role....
Wow. Seen some rather what I consider ridiculous posts on here but for me this is totally bonkers !!!
Has Charlie been sleeping with your good lady perhaps !!! He has upset you in some way, I would think !!!
