I’d personally be very unhappy if we sold him for £4 million this close to the start of the season without a guaranteed goal scoring replacement lined up. That said, the length of time left on his contract may dictate how this goes. Plus surely he’d want to test himself in the Championship with a run of games rather than go to the MLS at his age?
That's the conundrum. If he doesn't sign an extension he's unlikely to command a better fee than during this window. Start weakly and his value plummets, start strongly and his value might increase but then there are only a few months left of his contract after January...

Just cant see him signing a new contract when he can earn substantially more elsewhere.
Also get the impression that he hasnt felt the love at Rangers.....

It would be nice to know how much the offer was for. Just to see what his market might look like. As I commented earlier, I think Kelman is at least on par with Agyemang.

Yet there were fans bemoaning us renewing his contract last year, and even this year fans saying he is third choice behind Frey and Celar?

One of a number of clubs interested in Yan Valery if/when he walks out on Wednesday.
You are saying we are among them?
He is a right back, though? Surely Jimmy nailed on for that spot and a player who made 40 appearances for Wednesday last season and has played in the Prem is not going to come to sit on our bench?

And we've just signed Adamson for that exact purpose.
He could be useful as cover or an alternative to Frey.
From those highlights he has strength, pace , can hold the ball up and can pick a teammate for a pass. Certainly an upgrade on Lloyd and Dykes before him.

I think Lloyd will be moved on and I have a feeling the other one to be moved on will be Kolli not Kelman.
Personally would be happier to get rid of Kolli and keep Kelman and have a hunch the club think the same way. I think currently Kolli and Kelman could sell for similar prices if we made others aware.
Kelman, Frey, Celar and possibly this guy from Schalke could be decent.
I was always certain Dunne was going nowhere based on my own intuition and I reckon we will get a striker in and keep Kelman also.
Never heard of him but a quick look on YouTube at his more prolific time at Grenoble was a much more promising watch.
Looks like a willing runner, dropping deep to link play kind of forward. The sort that would be the perfect accompaniment to a Kelman-type finisher. Would personally be disappointed to lose Kelman at this stage but hands are tied if he won't sign a new deal.
