As they have already started, we need a thread. Suspect most of these will be wrong/clickbait sites, but lets store them in one place.

Because he knows he can play in league 1 whereas he hasn't proved himself any higher yet so nice and safe for him

Neither have the lads we've been linked to from Colchester and Germany . Come to think of it, neither has Celar and Frey gets injured doing the dishes.

That said, I'd cash in on Kelman now.

Tovide has played near 80 games and looks much more athletic.
Don't tarnish him with the Armstrong brush. I would say that if we do sign him, he cuts out the Chelsea love in on Twitter ASAP.

Tarnish?

Sincs was alright for us and always gave 100%
Having someone like Sincs, with more experience AND can finish would be pretty good no?

I know nothing about this fella but first hand knolwedge from BWB sounds like a decent acquisition to me

Links galore now.

Timothee Nkada - forward. Rodez AF
Khalil Fayad - midfielder, 8 I think. Montpellier.

Both in French league 2.

Can see our strike force being changed completely, and we're desperate for a good quality 8 in midfield.

8 seems very young for a midfielder - even for the Dev squad.

Not sure if already mentioned, but Dave Mc links us to a striker at the bottom of his WLS piece on Kelman here

"QPR want to add a striker to their squad this summer and are looking at a number of options, including Schalke’s Pape Meïssa Ba.

Talks have taken place with the German club about a potential deal for the 28-year-old to move to Loftus Road."

Pape Meïssa Ba Humbug refuses to join until after Xmas.

Yoiu do assume a lot don't you? Maybe Kelman has already told the club he won't sign a new contract! Why would you keep him then? He's 23 so not young and he still hasn't proved he's good enough for the Championship and I have my doubts he is. There's not exactly a queue of Championship clubs in for him

I just want the club to give Charlie a go, at least until January and then they could either sell or if he proves himself then the new contract would be on the table.

Of course the huge risk of that is that if/when he flops in this setup the money you could’ve garnered this summer is off the table.

Given that they have been good with Kelman and previous to his permanent move Smyth, Orient seems like a great fit. Hopefully they can add similar features to his game as they obviously did with Kelman. And as far as I’m concerned dropping down one division only is where our youngsters should be if they are good enough to eventually get into our first team.

Ahem...Page 34 Edward.

Not silly at all it's merely the latest example of how minds of a certain disposition emanating from misspent youths in and around high volt support structures are often wired to think alike.

Now, put your safety clothing away, as no apologies are necessary to the fossil fuel brigade who lurk among us.

Hope they aren't disappointed. A very different player to Kelman.

Kelman didn't shine until his second session there.

But good move for the lad.

Hope Nourry knows what he's doing here by looking at players not accustomed to 3 game weeks / new to the UK to bag goals.

Also he could end up looking at doing time......

So manager comes from French league, and 3 linked players from the French league. It doesn't scream 'elite scouting operation' if I'm honest.
Encouraging that we are linked with strikers and CM's as we need people in those positions.
Mad that we haven't gone for a LB yet.... but still time

Apparently, we've been 'offered' Kevin Zefi, a 20 year old Irish winger at Roma.

It could also be lazy journalism?

We need to go back and ask for his CM or CF equivalent instead
