I was placed on garden leave some time ago. Some may think it sounds a doddle…BUT you have to be at home and be ready to come in at the drop of a hat.
After a couple of weeks, I resigned.
As for Marti, very sad of course. How can Gallen say he's been no more than decent ? Keeping us up was little short of a miracle. |  | | |

Depressing, isn't it. It sounds like from WLS both parties are to blame, but I really don't in any way see him as a snake. I have a horrible feeling we shall see just how good Marti was next season, mainly by us crashing and burning. |  | | |

Technically, still employed by us so we will still request compensation. |
But why would anyone agree that. They have us over a barrel. They know we want rid, need rid, and so out bargaining position is terrible. Carry on and make out all is well and clubs realise it will cost them.
We’re now paying him - not to manage us - and are less likely to get any comp. If we then try to sack him without paying him up (for some sort of gross misconduct issue) any half decent manager will run a mile from working here. So, we now have to pay him off.
We’ve turned a position of likely receiving comp into likely paying him off or being extremely unattractive to potential head coach candidates.
