Eze 09:08 - Apr 16 with 49260 viewssdm1508

I was just wondering what people's thoughts are on him since he moved to palace. Do you think he has improved as a player and if so what areas of his game have got better since he was with us or having better players around him helped? I mean having better players around him allows for more things to actually come off for him. He might have tried something with us and the players couldn't react etc

I was watching him in a game the other night and it just seems to be his consistency. His base level now seems to be a notch or two up. He doesn't have to do something amazing to effect the game

Bayern Munich now competing for his signature with Arsenal, can’t beat an auction

Football wise, I think Bayern would be a great move for him. He could virtually slot straight into the position of the injured Musiala and reform the partnership he had with Michael Olise at Palace. At Arsenal he could easily find himself on the fringes if he didn’t start producing straight away.
Not so sure he’d fancy uprooting to Germany though, as he seems to have strong ties to his family and community.

Get his agent to negotiate a deal that allows him to take the family, the reverend, the church choir, musicians and even the old Joanna.

Hope Kane and Olise at Bayern will help him decide.

It will be a fantastic move for Eze

Agreed I think Bayern would be great for him, but as you say he may not want to leave London at this point in his life/career.

If he goes to Munich, then Kane can get him in the England team and that's a big draw. Kane, after all, got Dier a new contract at Munich, which was nice of him.

zzzzzzzzzz

I'm not clicking that but I wouldn't really care as long as they pay the release fee.

Also, I can't see it happening. They have like 15 players in every position there. He would be benched each week.

I'd honestly rather not have the money than he went there.

I know it's stupid and financially irrational but tis the truth. Anywhere else.

I think that's called cutting off your nose to spite your face. Much as it would pain me, bad a taste as it would leave, let them have him if we get the dough. I care not a jot for Chelsea and Eze is now literally in a different league. 15 million quid in dirty money is fine by me.

'stupid and financially irrational' can cover the nose-face stuff, that's fine.

Hopefully they can just play their part in forcing the price up amongst Arsenal and Bayern.

Career wise he’d be silly to go there too.

If Cole Palmer leaves Chelsea, could see Eze going there and guess there is a possibility of a massive deal regards Palmer.

Yes would be like getting money from an inheritance if Eze went to Chelsea ie getting some dosh because of something horrible....

Hollow money.

Along those lines...

I get the sentiment, but the club needs the £10m+, so I wouldn't like to see him in Chelsea colours but needs come first.

Here's hoping Arsenal or Bayern get their act together sharpish.

I think Arsenal are out now after signing the Chelsea fella.

Different players in different positions, rumours linking Eze to Arsenal are still going strong but I think Arsenal will need to shift a few out (e.g., Trossard, Vieira) before finalising deals for Gyokeres and Eze.
