Tottenham sack their manager and have a new one lined up. We essentially sack our manager and 6 weeks later we are still in the same position with now less than 2 weeks before the players are back. No update from the club. Turning into an utter farce. A new Pope was appointed quicker than our new manager. I just cannot get my head round how our very wealthy owners with very successful businesses have allowed a 26 year old to essentially make them look like an embarrassment with this situation. Still another day with only 1 game of pre season planned. Transfer window is open. No improvement to the squad. We must be odds on at the moment to go down. ‘Failing to prepare is preparing to fail’.

A new Breton coach soon in English football? According to L'Equipe's website, on Monday, June 9, 2025, Julien Stephan is in negotiations with the London club Queens Park Rangers, which will play in the English Championship (D2) next season.
Free since his eviction of the Stade Rennais in November 2024, the son of Guy Stephan (partner of Didier Deschamps in the French team) could thus follow the same path as another Breton coach, Régis Le Bris (formerly Lorient), who has just won the start in the Premier League with Sunderland. An autonomous players collective, based on anarcho-syndicist principles, with all the players taking it in turns to be the manager for the week, but all the decisions of that manager have to be ratified at a special bi-weekly meeting by a simple majority for set-piece procedures, and a two thirds majority for team selection.
Love it but Anarcho-syndicalists would never use a majority vote. It's consensus or nothing. Which means we'll go into most games without a plan but that would improve our set-pieces considerably.

He’s got a decent pedigree so he’ll do: let’s just get it announced so we can start our pre season properly. Need to fill the information vacuum on here asap.

Getting closer? He’s at the Hogarth Roundabout apparently. But stuck in heavy traffic. Stay tuned for more Great West Road ITK.
will he do a Gerry Taggart and end up at Leicester while we have a press room full and ask the cleaner to tell them your man has went to Leicester or for the unlucky French journalists - ton homme est parti à Leicester ou pour les malchanceux journalistes français

I think it's the inevitable cup exits where they'll be most active.
Of course, if he turned out to be hopeless, Nourry will know how we feel when greeted with a chorus of, 'Get Herr Titz out for the lads!'
It seems to be a misconceotion that we ruin players kegends by making them our Manager but that's not really reality. It's true of Ainsworth & Waddock but it's not true of Venables, G.Francis or Holloway. I would say Dowie, Wilkins,Gregory & T.Francis were eutral
