Well let's bear in mind that a decade or so ago the powers that be not only thought stuff on message boards might influence things a bit, but made an aggressive play to create and share information on those messages boards explicitly for that purpose. I'd argue that did more to divide and separate this fanbase than almost anything else over the last 20 years.

Probably not what’s posted on the message boards by us, but I think that certain people at our club fear people like Clive . Outspoken people who call out SOME of what they know in an articulate and intelligent way that speaks to a lot of people and makes some people think. They do not like that

Defence, if you think the respondents might score, then injunct them. After that, we'll estoppel them.
As for attacking intent into the box, don't just hoof it in there and hope. Think and make their defence work through better cross-examination. New tactics for securing unchallenged executions at their goal: If tackled in their box, go down like you've been shot, make strong pleadings to the ref/judge equals: the death penalty plan.

Isn’t it more to do with concerns raised earlier that we could be getting into another Paladini type era? Here we have someone who has been out as an ITK for Marti and only posted since Marti’s joined. He’s then admitted that he’s thrown in statements that he makes out to come from his ITK ie Marti and later he’s admitted they were just his opinion. It’s the mix of statements he’s thrown out over the time posting where what were 1) “information from his ITK source” and 2) just opinion. It causes divisions within the fanbase. That’s not good for us as a club.
